Bespoke, Considered, Expert
We know that the key to unlocking a love of learning and academic achievement, is recognising that every child has their own needs, motivations, dreams and challenges. Our ‘design for the child’ approach is both enabling and empowering for our learners.
The Auxilium-Ed Learner’s Journey
-
We begin with a structured diagnostic process to establish current levels of attainment, any gaps in foundation skills or knowledge, habits of mind and readiness for learning.
-
We provide clear, expert support and guidance in our work with families. Helping with what to prioritise, setting the right pace for your child, and how to build sustainable progress alongside work at school.
We can help you make informed decisions around target schools, provide timelines, and help you understand the nuances of the application process, supporting everyone in establishing what success looks like for your child.
-
A tailored programme designed for the child, providing timelines and targets. including scheduling of sessions alongside realistic and achievable homework routines. We deliver a phased and sustainable approach from the first session to preparing for entrance tests and interviews.
-
Scheduled reviews alongside regular touchpoints, means parents are kept fully up to speed with their child’s progress, We also use these moments to refine our approach to ensure our work with learners is as sustainable, purposeful and productive as it can be.
-
Through sample papers, practising working to time, learning routines to help manage nerves, and performance strategies for the day, we prepare our learners to perform to their potential confidently, calmly and consistently when it matters.
-
We provide coaching and rehearsal to develop confidence without scripts in our learners. We will help them articulate and explain their reasoning, respond under gentle pressure and think creatively from a place of authenticity.
Through mock interviews and feedback we help them grow in confidence, find their voice and make sure they represent the best version of themselves at interview.
-
For learners who achieve scholarship callbacks, we provide additional support and coaching.
We also advise on preparation for sports, performing arts and music scholarship applications.
-
Our work doesn’t stop with the offer letter. We offer a range of aftercare services for our clients including bridging work, support with settling in and readiness for the academic step up.
